Apple Store Sydney

Ok, its a bit sad that today is the first time I’ve ever been to the apple store, but I took a prettey funny picture (in my eyes, probably isn’t that funny for everyone else) of an iPhone ontop of my iPod Touch. I found it weird that out of the 20 or so iPhones that they had in the store, they were all on different carriers. Some on vodafone, some on optus and some on telstra. Well here is the very bad picture (because its taken on my motorola v3i).

I think I’m gonna get one, I was looking at the nokia e71 because of the full keyboard and I’m just a bit nervous about having an iPhone but I’m just gonna get it okay.

I still havn’t posted anything up on 12seconds because I have twitter, so its a bit pointless. What a short lame post. I was going to blog about a google shirt but I can’t find it so I’ll post about it later

How cool is this toy! It’s my little brothers and my dad bought it from NYC at the Spamalot show. But yeah its like the coolest thing ever.

Zach’s Weekly Youtube Video

Okay, I’m starting a new segment on the ialb blog called Zach’s Weekly Youtube Video, as it says in the title above. Basically Zach will send me a youtube link once a week with the best youtube video that he thinks is the best (his opinion, not mine) and I will post them up here for you to watch.

New Macbooks

I’m just reading on tuaw.com and there is a post (roumour) that the new macbooks (not the pros) will come with nvidia powered video cards, which I’m not all that concerned about. What did get my attention that there was a date! I know its only a roumour but the date was october the 14th, as in october the 14th which is only 8 days away! Be excited everyone, and if you were planning on getting a macbook wait for a few weeks. I also heard that they are coming in aluminium like the mb pros but that is probably old news that you already know about.

12seconds

Ok, its another social networking site (kind of) but it has a difference. It’s like twitter but instead of typing, you record videos and like the name says, they last for 12 seconds. At the moment you can only request for accounts which is prettey easy, I requested for mine last night and I got it this morning. The site has an inbuilt feature where you can record directly from your webcam (using flash ofcourse) or you can email from your phone to an email address that they give you when you sign up. I havn’t used it yet because I’m connected to super dooper fast vodafone gprs (which isn’t really fast) but I will when I get back to Sydney

Posterous

I don’t know if you have all heard of posterous, but basically its just another blog site but instead of logging onto the web to blog (which you can also do) you can email! yes email! from your phone or anything that has email capabilities. You can attach photos, movies, mp3s and youtube links and they all embed into the blog, and they host it.
